I fully understand that all activities with Power Wheels Parties could result in injury or death which may be caused by my child’s actions, inactions or those of others. I fully accept and assume all risks and responsibility for any and all damages, injuries, or death, or losses that I may incur as a result of my child’s participation in all activities with Power Wheels Parties including the use of any power wheel or other party equipment. I hereby release, discharge, waive all claims, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Power Wheels Parties, its owners and any other entities associated with Power Wheels Parties for any and all claims for losses, injuries or damages.
