3. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized representative. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, we may reschedule your party or issue a credit for future use.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment system.

5. Liability and Safety

Supervision Required: An adult must supervise children at all times during the use of Power Wheels vehicles.Assumption of Risk: By using our services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with ride-on toys and agree to hold Power Wheels Parties LLC harmless for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.Waiver Requirement: All participants must have a completed liability waiver on file, dated within the last 12 months. Waivers can be submitted online at PowerWheelsParties.com/Waiver. Participation is not permitted without a valid waiver.Damage Fee: Customers are responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. A fee may be assessed for repairs or replacements.
